Thanks to our own ScottyP, we have word that the latest wave of Cyberverse Warrior Class figures is currently out at retail in the U.S.! They were found at a Walmart in Raleigh, North Carolina, for the near bargain price of $11.92. Scotty sent us photo proof of Jetfire on the shelves, and let us know that his wavemates Drift and a new-mold Bumblebee were also available.
Have you seen any new and/or highly anticipated figures out in the wild? Send us photo evidence in your email and as always, happy hunting to everyone looking for these figures!

Agreed. They could've released this as a Deluxe and I still would've bought it.

I saw plenty of Drifts with Jetfire at Walmart a few nights ago, so they probably are in the same wave.william-james88 wrote:ScottyP wrote:Pleased to say that Jetfire's the best Warrior in the line, or at least the best since Shockwave. - Bumblebee/Sea Storm
Spark Armor Prowl
Jetfire/Tank Cannon

Bumblebee/Sea Storm
or Spark Armor Prowl ?
Jetfire/Tank Cannon (I've heard of loose limbs)
Not sure with Sky-Byte too much clashing yellow.
In my honest opinion, you’re gunna want Shockwave if you can find him. The armor isn’t obtrusive, and aside from head articulation, nothing was sacrificed. Honestly I feel it to be better than the Warrior class one (but both are about to get outclassed by the new Deluxe one).

even if hot pink/purple spider tank shockwave was great enough...he's not available. It's mostly wave 1 warriors and wave 1 elites (big ones)

Skybyte is the best of those simply because of the transformation. The others are rather laclluster, especiallly jetfire.

I would highly recommend Sky Byte and Ratchet. Those 2 are really good, and Sky Byte makes an awesome shark, and the drill tank is cool

That store has a lowered christmas gift price on the ultra class figures meaning they are cheaper than the smaller figures in the rival store. Sadly Sky-Bite was sold out or not in stock.
So either its either Spark Armor Jetwing Prime or Ocean Storm Bumblebee. (Not going for shopping online, i hate long shipping times in Europe) Not going after Megs so many design so flaws.
Which one
- Optimus has a big hip skirt in robot mode and the gatling guns are rather hollow.
Bumblebee robot has arm kibble.
Both armors have restricted movement
as for Megatron, his mace is a eysore in helicopter mode and his tank form is just ugly.

The smaller ones (skybyte, ratchet and shockwave) are still better toys though even though you may think you are getting less for your money.

he's kinda iffy with the obvious blue spot head in truck mode and his feet end up really fat. Does anyone know which one has a better full range similar to this type of movement?
Posted by Rogue-Primal on November 16th, 2019 @ 8:44am CST
And the elbows on Ocean Storm elbows are more tight than i thought. But good grief positioning Bees hips and legs to be aligned evenly for standing straight instead of leening to the side is just so!!! But i know he needs that stiffness beacause of the armor weight.
Still very very good toy and better than my Warrior Class Sting Shot Bumblebee. (Gosh that one and his shoulder kibble is messy from the rear side.)
Overall 7 out of 10. Good paint applications on the ship and fun armor. Bumblebee kinda has a impression of being shocked that someone stabbed.
This upgrade is undoubtedly a good but expensive purchase in the my Cyberverse collection compared to Warrior Sting Shot Bee

The robot mode is nice though. The proportions are about right. He mainly takes inspiration from the Generations toy and I think the design is even better here, especially with the legs. I also think he looks better in helicopter mode than the Generations version did. The biggest change from usual Whirl look is the head sculpt which I find fascinating. It's length is shortened and while it looks slightly smaller than normal, the cyclopean eye is bigger, for the head. So that gives the head an overall chibi (super deformed) aesthetic. He looks pretty cute for a crazed bot.
In robot mode, the left arm has a similar gimmick to the T30 Generations toy where the claw hand can sprout when activated. The two arms are the only parts that are articulated in robot mode.
Overall, when it comes to a one step toy, this is as good as we have gotten so far, since both modes look rather good.
Posted by william-james88 on November 27th, 2019 @ 7:35pm CST
It's the same design, more or less, as the Robots in Disguise version we already got, so the tank is a double cannon one. It looks fine though the arms are visible. he has a sword accessory that can be attached to the top of the tank.
The one step conversion is fun and pretty cool to see. You flip the tank over and as you pull it apart you see it go form the tank's underside into a robot. The head and feet pop out, the shoulders come down and the arms extend out all at once.
The only articulation is the forearms. He can hold the sword in either hand but the left hand can extend outwards to move freely and you can rotate the handheld sword like a helicopter rotor. It's not a great gimmick, but it means that when receded, you can still move the wrist around, making this the first one step with wrist articulation.
The robot mode looks good overall, the proportions are decent but I am not too impressed with the head sculpt, which while still with a skull motif goes more for a simplified robotic look as opposed to a more organic look. However, that is indeed the look he has in the card art so the toys does follow through on it.
Overall, this is as good a one step as Whirl. I prefer its transformation sequence and it's very fun to know that even 3 year olds can now have a decent looking Bludgeon toy in their toy chest. For older collectors, unless you want another Bludgeon for your themed Bludgeon shelf, you are better off getting the RID Warrior figure which is of the same design and a pretty great deluxe figure.

I was in Walmart the other day looking at Cyberverse Drift & Deadlock. How the **** can anybody actually spend real hard earned money on these? I just cannot believe how cheap & crappy this line is. I just stare in awe & can't believe these are official Hasbro product. The dollar stores sell cheap crappy Chinese KO's that are higher quality than this line.

No point in saying harsh things over it, it's only a toyline, nothing important.

Some sites have hotlink protection because linking directly to images on a certain site is considered bandwidth theft. Also, "Copy Image Location" will not always give you right address (it has to end in the image filename plus extension), especially if the image on the site opens in a java-script window.

I am not exactly linking tho. I just did what usually i did and works on this site. I upload the pic on "upload attachment" section, click "add the file" button, then after that clicking "put inline" button. This usually works smoothly here.

From the same fan, we also have images of deluxe Optimus Prime. Now we can see the full range of motion of this figure and that it is indeed on par with the Siege line in terms of detail, complexity and articulation. Meaning that at the $20 price point, the extra build a figure pieces are really just a bonus, as they were meant to be when the concept first started.
You can see all the images below, let us know what you think!

This looks good. If I had watched the show and was interested in it I'd be quite happy. This...really looks good. Like what you'd expect of a TF toyline. Why weren't these made from the get go?

Skritz wrote:Man I'm not gonna lie, compared to everything else in Cyberverse these looks REALLY good. As in actual, solid, complete and functionnal Transformers figures not too hampered by their gimmicks. They have a nice presentation, decent articulation, look mostly good enough in both modes and are show accurate. There's absolutely nothing wrong with those figures, unlike the early offerings of Cyberverse which always had some issue.

I think its because they initially wanted a clearer seperation of pricepoints and complexity between this G1 based line and the other G1 based generations line.

Okay. Still, that's just one episode. I'm kinda surprised we're not seeing someone more prominent, like Cheetor or Slipstream. Or Starscream for that matter, he's usually right up there with Prime, Megs, and Bee on the "put him in everything" list.

And where do you Americanas watch Cyberverse? I'm Dutch and most of the time we don't get all Transformers things.
How many episodes are out on the interwebz for every Transformer fan to enjoy around the planet (that's fair and all).
Build a figure, that's completely new for Transformers! I love the concept and all 4 of these guys look fantastic so I will be getting them all. Eventough I just bought Spark Armor Optimus and Megatron.
I love the simplicity of the Cyberverse line, Slipstream (voyager sized) looks very good and is pretty solid (only a small torso looseness). But she has her very own mold!
I would love if they redo Acid Storm/Thundercracker/Starscream as Mold buddies. The small deluxe sized ones are very underwhelming. I had Starscream a while back, thought he was flimsy and Thundercracker/Acidstorm don't have the square head but are just repaints of that sleek Starscream head.
I have all the Shockwaves from Cyberverse. The Warrior (great figure), the voyager (Decent) and the Spark Armor (still in package) and in the future this Deluxe Shockwave.
I'm building a Shockwave army. Anyone remember Battalion Shockwave? GREAT figure that is
More aimed at kids but I like simple transformations and half of the Cyberverse figures are very decent in my opinion. I do hope they size up Ratchet at some point.
Wait, Warrior Prowl, that guy is amazing! Very simple but very well proportioned. I love Warrior Prowl. I hope they repaint him at least 2 times. Even has flip out cannons guys!
