Inferno, Terrorsaur, Scorpinok, Tarantulas. Ratrap, Airrazor.

Drancron has to be one of the Preds. I've had him on pre-order at BBTS for half a year and he keeps being delayed. The 3rd member of Tripredacus has to be the other one. I do hope Rattrap is the Maximal.

This could be the best MP so far.

Well considering they have already released 5 non original Beast Wars show characters they really could be anyone. We'll just have to wait.

I don’t think we would be getting Rattrap or Inferno.
So far all the Beast Wars figures have been Deluxe class, so a scout (Rattrap) or a mega (Inferno) seems unlikely.
I would be very happy if they did release them thou, their paint jobs sucked.

true, i guess they have to complete the Tripredacus linup first. but i don't know if they'll ever release Rattrap, i'd really like a show-accurate version (i have the original but it would be better repainted). though i have doubts:

1.) because of the unconfirmed(?) rumor of Rattrap's mold being lost or destroyed; and
2.) these figures are selling a little higher above the deluxe price point, thus it would be strange if they issued a basic-sized toy and sold it under this line/price point. though i dunno if archadis is basic or deluxe-sized.

I still yearn for a deluxe sized Rattrap. It would be insanely cool to have his forearms open up and have tiny det. charges inside. Add some light piping, a nice paint job, a better transformation and you're good to go....Yeah we need a new mold of him badly. Same for Terrorsaur.

Agreed, I'd really love to see the entire show cast of Beast Wars, and Beast Machines for that matter, receive the 'Classics' treatment. That would be true awesomeness!

Wolfang and Gimlet are still listed as Predacons. What's up with that?

Well, that's not actually Wolfang, but a new Decepticon character. I think his name's Boldfang. Gimlet, on the other hand, is a very bizarre choice to be listed as a Predacon.

Isn't Gimlet supposed to be a Predacon? Or did his allegiance change overseas? If anything, Ram Horn should be Pred instead of Maximal.

Sounds interesting. Nothing new actually, as brainwashing has been used on both the comics (Car Wash of Doom) and TV show (The Ultimate Doom). I prefer the later of course, but this new approach is really nice. This way Soundwave can have humans as his "Cassette Surrogates".

Tripledacus isn't the same as Tripredacus. In Beast Wars 2, the Tripledacus guys, known as Jointrons, were a Cybertron mariachi band.

With the way Gimlet isn't the same bright red as the original, perhaps he's supposed to be referencing BW Sea Clamp just a bit. Most likely, DJ is going to be one of the three remaining figures, and I really hope that Drancron is included as well.

So if the Autobots have their own transforming music players does that mean Blaster is coming, or that the Prime trailer counts as the entirety of the Autobots 'unbrainwashing' attempts?

Why do the japanese have to have a story line for everything? So you made a music player that transforms...is there really a need for a backstory?

I wouldn't be too big on Aiirazor, seeing as I already have her, and as Whiner-tron pointed out earlier in the thread, these are all at least deluxe size for the same price point, so a 2625 yen might be a little bit of a ripoff for a basic beast.

My Maximal hope? Sharpedge. Please let it be Sharpedge.

I hope the Maximal is Rattrap. I never got my hands on him as a kid. As for the Preds, I wouldn't mind Inferno or a beefed up Terrorsaur. I STILL need to order MP3 Soundwave as well as Convoy. Maybe for my birthday.......I just wish Takara would release the name of at least a silhoette(sp?) of the next Masterpiece. Even though MP Skywarp was just released......
